Once a year, on the 20th minute of the 4th afternoon hour on the 20th day of the 4th month people all over the world spark their massive joints, elaborate hookahs and ornate bongs to celebrate the marijuana subculture. In Vancouver it's been growing steadily more popular every year for people to congregate in front of the Art Gallery on Georgia to show their support for the movement.
All in attendance at the 4:20 celebration prepare as the event's afternoon climax approaches.
